You can easily take out and store away your two flasks through the opening at the abdomen. You can also grab your gels in a flash through the openings on the hips.

CAPACITY

We have designed this belt to carry two soft flasks (250 ml max) at the abdomen and 6 gels distributed across the hips.
Keep the rear pocket for less urgent items: for example, your telephone or keys provided they are protected from humidity (sweat and/or rain).
You can fit more in, but it might be less secure and jiggle about.

Measure your hip circumference at the widest point of your pelvis. Choose your size accordingly.
