Bulky items will be delivered same day or according to your request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, your delivery charges will be displayed.

Damaged Items in Transport

Pick-up in Store

Pick up your orders within 2-hours in the store of your choice after your order has been confirmed and prepared for collection. You will receive an email with order status " Ready to Collect" to confirm your order is ready and prepared for  collection.  

You may also call our store you opted to collect from to confirm the status of your order if there is a delay. Our team will call you in the event of a stock error or if we cannot fulfill the order within that period.

Outside Nairobi

We value our customers outside Nairobi as well. However, due to the huge cost of delivery, you will be required to organize for your own Delivery method when purchasing online.

We, however, work with wells fargo should you have no alternative means of delivery
