Where are your stores located?
We are located at The Hub Karen, Two Rivers Mall, and Westgate Mall. Find the nearest store to you via Store Locator.
Can I try on products before buying?
Yes! You're welcome to visit our stores to try out products and check sizing before you buy.
Do you offer printing or customized kits?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates on personalized product options.
Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes we do! We promise next day delivery for orders outside Nairobi
Can I collect my order instead of choosing delivery?
Yes! Select the “Pick Up In Store” option at checkout and collect your order within 7 days from either of our stores.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and paid, you’ll receive a tracking ID by email. Use it to follow your order’s progress. Still need help? Contact us at [email protected].
What if I miss my delivery?
Check for calls or messages from our delivery partner. If delivery fails, your order will be returned and reshipped after we get in touch with you.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
It depends on the order status. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Product Availability
Why is the product I want always out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we're waiting for restock. Use the “Notify Me” option on the product page to get an alert when it’s back.
Can I request a product you don’t stock?
While we can’t guarantee availability, we’re always looking to expand. Let us know what you need—we’ll do our best to bring it in!
