Training Pad sizes available:
- S/M (palm size between: 19.9 - 21.1 cm)
- L/XL (palm size between: 21.2 - 22.4 cm)
Choosing your size Measure around your palm: the tape measure should go over the knuckles on the back of your hand with your hand flat, not bent, with the fingers slightly apart.

What exercises should you use these minimalist weight training gloves for?

Use our weight training gloves for certain movements only
Note that you should not use Training Pads for dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, dynamic muscle-ups, etc.
Caring for your Training Pads
To care for your Training Pads, just machine wash them (max 30°C). As for frequency, we recommend washing every 3 weeks if you use them twice a week.
