6-10 kg weighted vest description
Vest dimensions, flat: - Length: 47 cm
- Width: 32 cm
- Thickness: 9 cm
The weighted vest alone weighs 6 kg. It comes with 4 x 1 kg plates, so you can go up to 10 kg.
However, you can add up to 14 kg by putting weights in the pockets (cast iron, for example).
Why use a weighted vest for cross-training and weight training?
By adding extra weights to your bodyweight exercises (which have become easy) you increase the difficulty and encourage your muscles to develop. This weighted vest helps you gain strength, explosiveness and muscular endurance.
It's an essential accessory for improving your training!
Why choose this new weighted vest?
With this new weighted vest, you can add up to 14 kg (by adding cast-iron discs, for example), unlike the old version which had a maximum limit of 10 kg.
Our design team has redesigned the shoulder straps for extra comfort when doing weighted exercises. The system has also been redesigned to adapt to all body shapes.
Lastly, a rip-tab area has been added so you can personalise your weighted vest with patches from your box!
What exercises can you do with the weighted vest?
The weighted vest is practical because it allows you to do complete exercises, such as:
- dips: to strengthen triceps, shoulders and pectorals.
- pull-ups: to build biceps and back muscles.- muscle-ups
- single- or double-leg squats.
- burpees: to develop your cardio fitness.

For a fairly comfortable WOD Hero
Are you aiming for a Murph with this weighted vest? We recommend using Training pads (ref: 8487863) or fingerless hand grips (ref: 8796825) to avoid minor hand injuries caused by pull-ups.
Our advice on looking after your weighted vest
In between sessions, you have two options:
- Leave it to dry in the open air and, if necessary, use an anti-odour spray.
- Hand wash with a damp cloth after removing all weights.
