Fleece material: Insulation provided by air
If we're championing the fleece component, it's because of its capability to trap air thanks to the way its texture creates volume (and the way the fabric is brushed).
This air acts as an insulator, keeping the body warm
Why a breathable fleece?
Always on the go, children sweat easily. To ensure that our fleece jacket is comfortable whatever the situation, we have chosen a breathable fabric. Effectively wicking away body moisture, it keeps young adventurers dry during all their adventures.
What is the RET index?
The breathability of a fabric is measured by its evaporative resistance RET (ISO 11092 standard): The lower it is, the more breathable the fabric. Examples: RET< 9 (very breathable), 9 < RET < 12 (breathable), RET > 20 (low breathability).
This fleece jacket has a RET index of 6.3.
What sizes are available?
This fleece jacket is available from age 2 to 6 years old.
How to clean the fleece?
A machine wash at 30°C is perfect for preserving all the properties of fleece. We also recommend turning it inside out and closing the zip before washing. Don't exceed 1000 rpm for the spin. Do not tumble dry to avoid damaging it.
