WHAT IS IT FOR?
The pull kick is an item of swimming equipment that can be used in two ways: pull buoy and kickboard.
It is suitable for intermediate or advanced swimmers as it offers only medium buoyancy when used as a kickboard. Its dimensions have been carefully designed so as not to hinder swimming speed.
If you want to work specifically on your core muscles, you can position the pull kick in-between your calves. It can also be used with an ankle band to totally immobilise your legs.
