Using our door anchor
Our door anchor can be attached to the top, middle or bottom part of a door.
The green piece wedges behind the door, while the strap and ring are placed on the side where you train. The door sign indicates that you're training on the other side.
To attach it to the side of the door, place the green part just above a hinge.
You can then either tie a knot or thread the ring through the training band, depending on the exercise and your desired length.
Why exercise with a door anchor?
The door anchor provides 3 different anchoring points so that you can exercise comfortably and safely.
For example, position it in the middle to warm up your shoulders, on the bottom for bicep curls, or on top for pull-downs.
