Why you should use the 4-in-1 push-up grips
- Using the handles lets you do press-ups with your wrists straight for a more comfortable position and wider range of movement.
- Adding the rounded base under the handles lets you do unstable press-ups to boost the difficulty of the exercise - and your results!
- The slide discs let you work your lower body (glutes and legs).
- You can clip the slide discs to the grips for core work.
Installing and using the slides
The slide discs can be used alone or stacked with the grips (installs in a few seconds).
They are also reversible to adapt to your training surface:
- Use the blue side on hard surfaces such as wood or tiled floors.
- Use the black side on soft surfaces such as carpet or rugs.
Max weight supported by the push-up grips
These push-up grips hold up to 110 kg, spread across both grips.

Make sure that your push-ups have good range of motion: favour shorter sets where you chest drops low to the ground over longer, low-quality sets that have less range of motion.
