Why opt for this pull-up bar?

Don't be fooled by how easy the pull-up bar is to install! It lets you do bodyweight pull-ups with various grips: neutral, wide or standard. As a result, you can train arm, back and even abdominal muscles. A supinated grip (palms facing you) works the biceps. A pronated grip (palms away from you) will target the back.

Installing the pull-up bar for safer workouts

It's important to adjust the bar to the right thickness AND width of your doorway.
- Adjust the pads to the right width.
- Adjust the thickness of the bar using the saddle clamps, making sure the bar is horizontal and the pads are flat against the door's sides.
- Make sure the bar is secure in the doorway.
- Always check the positioning of the pull-up bar before getting started.

Which accessories can you use with this pull-up bar?
