Waterproof properties
The membraned fabric used to make these trousers has a 5000 mm waterproof rating.
The strength of the fabric is measured in water pressure, expressed in mm, through the water column test (based on the standard test ISO 811). The greater the pressure, the more the fabric is waterproof.
The design of the trousers and the taped seams allow you to stay dry for 2 hours in a rain shower equivalent to 60 litres of water per m2 per hour.
Fabric Breathability Rating
To find out if a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric’s RET, the more water vapour generated by an active body escapes through the fabric, and the higher the breathability. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric.
For these trousers RET < 12 = breathable fabric.

Does your clothing have a snag? Want to know how to repair it?
When you’re active, snags can happen.
The good news is that they can be repaired! You can apply an iron-on patch to prevent the tear from getting bigger or the fibres from coming out. A patch, scissors, an iron and that’s it!
