Designed for all types of exercise, this gel is ideal for intense training sessions and short or long competitions. This gel has been designed to be taken during the first part of long workouts. BCAA and caffeine are not necessarily helpful during the first 3 hours of exercise.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY ENERGY GEL?
In order to compensate energy loss during a workout, we recommend that you take 1 energy gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour. During a race, you should ideally take the gel just before refuelling for better assimilation. During training sessions, we recommend that you carry water with you in case there is no water point on your route.
Can I use these gels during long sessions?
These gels have been designed to be taken during the final part of long workouts. BCAA and caffeine are not necessarily helpful during the first 3 hours of exercise.
