WHICH WEIGHT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
We recommend choosing the weight of your medicine ball based on the muscle group you want to work. Lower body muscles are stronger than those of the upper body, so you can use a heavier ball for squats or lunges (from 1.5 kg). !
WHY USE A MEDICINE BALL?
A medicine ball is a versatile accessory you can use to do many exercises and boost the intensity of your workouts. It's also a great alternative to using weights. You can do exercises such as throws and floor taps, or static exercises such as sitting twists. The round shape can also help you work on your coordination, balance and core strength - use the ball to do mountain climbers with your hands on the ball.

OUR ADVICE
We love doing exercises with a partner: for example, you can do a squat and throw the ball to your partner as you come up, and then they do the same!
