Easy to sharpen

The Scandi grind enables you to sharpen your knife very easily. Just place the blade flat on your sharpening support such as a steel or a stone, then, keeping the blade flat, sweep the blade down the stone along the whole length of the edge. This way you will always keep to the initial angle so as to obtain the perfect edge!

5Cr15 stainless steel

Our engineers have chosen 5Cr15 stainless steel for this knife for three reasons:

- the steel is hard enough to keep an edge for a good length of time, such as for cutting branches or preparing game for a couple of hours.
- the steel is soft enough to allow easy sharpening thanks to a hardness of around 56 HRC, and to regain a sharp edge within a few passes on a sharpening tool
- the steel offers good resistance to corrosion thanks to its chemical composition.

Plastic transport sheath

For your safety, always keep your knife in its sheath when you are not using it. And to keep you safe while you're on the move, our design team has devised a system to lock the knife in its case. To take the knife out, just press with your thumb while pulling the knife out of the sheath. To put your knife away, push it into the sheath until you hear a click.
