An ultra-light and robust EPP foam massage roller.
EPP foam (or polymer foam) is light. Our roller weighs a mere 450 grammes! And of course, we tested its robustness. The result is that this foam roller can tolerate up to 120 kilos. It is just as tough as a PU foam.
What is a massage roller for?
It provides a deep massage of your muscles using your body weight.
Its hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage.
The massage helps relax the muscles and promotes recovery.

How to use the foam roller?
Designed to be used after sport, the massage roller allows you to massage yourself. You can massage yourself right after your outing, in the evening, or even the following day, ideally spending about 5 minutes on each muscle group.

Precautions for use:
For adults only. When using a massage roller for the first few times, it is common to feel some pain or experience some bruising. If the pain is intense and lasts a long time, consult your doctor.
As to the bruising, it's only due to small blood vessels on the surface: don't worry, this phenomenon will stop as you carry on using the roller.
