What is included in the 50 kg set?
- 2 x 2 kg solid bars (35 cm long, 28 mm diameter)
- 1 x 7.8 kg bar (155 cm long, 160 kg max load)
- 4 x 5 kg cast iron discs
- 8 x 2 kg cast iron discs
- 4 x 0.5 kg cast iron discs
The set comes with 3 pairs of disc collars
Choosing discs is good, but choosing discs that last a lifetime is even better!
Cast-iron discs have excellent properties compared with their plastic or vinyl competitors.
Thanks to its density, cast iron is more compact than vinyl. This means you can easily vary your exercises by loading or unloading your barbell or dumbbell.
Choosing our cast iron weights means you can work out confidently and efficiently.
Why choose a cast iron weight rather than plastic or vinyl?
- They will stand up to all tests: temperature variations will have no impact on the equipment, whether it's hot or cold! What's more, cast iron is 5 times more resistant to impacts, falls and crushing than vinyl.
- Good grip for better handling: its textured surface ensures excellent grip even with wet hands, unlike plastic, which is often slippery.
Train safely with the 50 kg set
Always remember to put the disc collars on after the weight discs. Maximum load:
- 160 kg for the 155 cm bar
- 60 kg per dumbbell
- 15 kg for the disc collars in a hammer (vertical) position
Use the 155 cm bar with a weight training cage equipped with safety bar rests or with a spotter (someone to stand behind you to help you out in case of difficulty)

Cast iron is very durable, as long as you keep it out of a damp environment.
After your workout, wipe the bars and weights down with a damp cloth.
Store the different parts of the set in a dry place.
Moisture is your set's greatest enemy: never store it in a basement or outdoors.
