Preparation advice
Open the sachet and turn back the two ends so they touch each other.
Then fill with cold water up to level 5 (100ml). Mix with your cutlery, close the zip and wait 3 to 5 minutes before reopening the sachet.
Mix again and taste your meal.
The amount of water can be adjusted depending on your preference. You're the chef!
Freeze-drying and dehydration?
These two preservation techniques extract the water from the foodstuff through a cold or hot drying process.
Freeze-drying takes the water contained in the food by transferring it from solid state (frozen) to gas form.
Dehydration dries the food at high temperature. The water contained in the food evaporates.
