Adjustment
Your body protector must always be fastened as tightly as possible against your body. Wear it over lightweight clothing.
Warning:
A body or back protector cannot prevent certain types of injury, but it can reduce the severity of the injury in the event of a fall. It is highly advised to replace any body or back protector after a fall, as its effectiveness can no longer be guaranteed.
Classification
The Safety body protector has a level 2 performance. It meets the minimum recommended standard for normal equestrian activities, from beginners to experienced horse riders at club level, and all types of horsemanship excluding carriage driving and official eventing competitions requiring a level 3 body protector.
Levels for BODY PROTECTORS
The classification differs based on the type of protection: Back/Body/Airbag
For the BODY PROTECTOR:
=> Level 1: Minimum protection intended for professional jockeys.
=> Level 2: Protection for low risk circumstances. Minimum requirement for recreational horse riding
=> Level 3: Superior protection, for recreational and competitive horse riding. It is also suitable for people who work with horses
Washing:
Do not machine wash the body protector.
You can wipe the body protector down with a damp sponge or cloth and let it dry well
